Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Precision Auto Parts Inc. All orders processed through our storefront are subject to the following legally binding terms and conditions. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy framework.

1. The 14-Day Return Window & Restocking Mandate

- Timeline: Return requests must be formally submitted and approved within 14 calendar days from the original order date. Any request initialized after this 14-day window is strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange.

- Restocking Fee: All approved non-defective returns are subject to a mandatory 30% restocking and processing fee. This fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount.

- Return Shipping Surcharges: The customer bears 100% of the financial liability for return shipping costs. Precision Auto Parts Inc. does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse shipping expenses for standard returns.

2. Product-Specific Eligibility & Exclusions

To protect our inventory and ensure quality control, components must meet strict category parameters:

A. Electrical Components & Special Orders

- Electrical Parts: Items such as Electronic Control Units (ECUs), wiring components, sensors, and tuning modules are covered exclusively under their respective manufacturer’s warranty framework.

- Special Orders: Custom-procured or special-order parts are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled unless they arrive with documented structural damage originating directly from the manufacturer.

B. Maintenance Liquids & Fluids

- All high-velocity mechanical maintenance fluids, chemical kits, and oil allocations must be returned 100% factory sealed, unopened, and completely unused. Any breaking of factory seals instantly invalidates return eligibility.

C. Aesthetic Protection & Styling Products

- All vehicle tint sheets, vinyl wrap rolls, and pre-cut Paint Protection Film (PPF) kits are warrantied strictly through our third-party manufacturer supply networks. All inquiries regarding aesthetic film defects or dimensions are subject to a mandatory validation review before any settlement options are presented.

3. Installation & Mechanical Liability Waiver

Precision Auto Parts Inc. operates strictly as a components distributor. We maintain 0% financial liability for secondary or downstream costs. Under no circumstances will this corporation issue refunds, credits, or reimbursements for third-party labor costs, professional mechanic fees, storage rates, or vehicle towing charges resulting from the installation, use, or failure of any catalog component.

4. Original Equipment (OE) Core Charge Protocol

For Original Equipment components that offer a financial "Core Charge" savings option, customers must execute the following protocol:

- The old, rebuildable core component must be successfully shipped to and received by our facility prior to placing your new order to secure the discount tier.

- Cores shipped after an order is processed will not be retroactively applied. To ensure perfect compatibility and routing, buyers are strongly encouraged to contact our internal technical advisors before shipping a core.

5. Initiating a Return Review

To submit a return, contact our administrative processing desk at sales@precisionautoparts.ca. You must provide your original order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographic evidence of the item's uninstalled, factory-sealed state.
