Shipping Policy
Last Updated: June 22, 2026
At Precision Auto Parts Inc., we engineer our logistics network to deliver high-velocity component routing across domestic and international corridors. By finalizing a transaction on our storefront, you agree to the fulfillment timelines, liability boundaries, and operational structures detailed below.
1. Geographic Dispatch Scope
We provide global distribution channels for our aftermarket performance lines, custom styling films, and vehicle maintenance kits. Our primary shipping corridors include:
- Domestic: All Canadian Provinces and Territories.
- Trans-Border: The Continental United States (USA).
- International: The United Kingdom (UK) and selective worldwide destinations.
2. Fulfillment Velocity & Transit Timelines
Fulfillments are parsed based on inventory allocation, destination node, and courier availability. Expected transit windows are structured as follows:
- Local Order Pickup (Kitchener Hub): Same-Day or Next-Day availability notifications will be sent via email/text once stock is allocated.
- Canada Domestic Shipping: Dispatched via tier-1 couriers with an expected delivery window of 1 to 3 Business Days from the initial carrier scan.
- United States Shipping (From Localized Stock Hubs): Items pre-allocated in our US nodes feature a 1 to 3 Business Days tracking velocity.
- United States Shipping (Standard Trans-Border Freight): Items routed across the border feature a 3 to 7 Business Days total transit time.
- United Kingdom & Worldwide Shipping: Shipping rates and timelines are calculated dynamically at checkout. Final delivery is variable based on country-specific customs clearance workflows.
3. Local Pickup Protocol (Kitchener, ON Hub)
For local car enthusiasts, track teams, and styling studios within the Waterloo Region, GTA, and surrounding Ontario corridors:
- Select the Local Pickup option at checkout to bypass standard freight fees.
- Once our fulfillment desk verifies stock allocation, an automated text or email notification will be issued containing your pickup confirmation code.
- Do not travel to our Kitchener operational registry address until you have received your active "Ready for Pickup" confirmation. You must present a valid government-issued ID matching the order profile upon arrival.
4. Import Duties, Customs, and International Tariffs
- For all shipments crossing international borders (including USA, UK, and worldwide destinations), the purchaser acts as the official Importer of Record.
- Precision Auto Parts Inc. is not responsible for any localized customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage surcharges, or import tariffs levied by your destination country's border agencies. All such fees must be settled directly by the buyer to clear the package for delivery.
5. Carrier Liability, Claims, and Delays Waiver
⚠️ CRITICAL LOGISTICS LIABILITY WAIVER
Precision Auto Parts Inc. utilizes premium commercial couriers (including FedEx, DHL, and private regional aggregators) to fulfill transactions. Once an order is transferred to a courier and receives its initial facility scan, the physical risk of loss, damage, transit delay, or weather interception transfers entirely to the carrier and the buyer.
In the event of a lost parcel, tracking freeze, or transit damage, the customer must open a formal investigation claim directly with the specific courier. Precision Auto Parts Inc. will provide necessary ledger documentation to support your carrier investigation but will not issue refunds or duplicate inventory shipments while a carrier tracking file is actively pending review.
