Precision Tip: When installing the coolant overflow cap, make sure the reservoir neck is clean of any coolant residue. These caps provide a very snug, high-tolerance fit; if the cap feels tight, a tiny drop of clean water or silicone lubricant on the O-ring will help it slide into place and seal perfectly.
