This ensures the 2.125 inch inlet slides on smoothly and creates a perfect seal. Since these tips are larger than stock, you can adjust how far they "poke" out from the bumper—we recommend setting them so the longest edge of the angle cut is perfectly flush with the edge of the bumper for a clean, professional look.
